– Chocolate and Kiwi Fruit Lollipops

Chocolate fans will love these yummy lollipops! For a sweet snack or an easy dessert, what do you prefer?

4 Oscar kiwifruits
150 g dark chocolate
Wooden lollipop sticks

→ Peel the kiwifruits, cut each in 4 thick slices.
→  Melt the chocolate using a bain marie.
→  Gently slide one popsicle stick onto each slice of kiwi
→  Dip half of the kiwi slices into the melted chocolate.
→  Place in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.

– Fresh Fruit Salad

Kiwifruits and mangoes are a perfect combination. This fruit salad is ready in 10 minutes, you can also add one banana.

Preparation: 10mn

4 Oscar Kiwifruits
2 ripe mangoes
1/2 lime juice
Spring of mint

→  Peel the kiwifruits and the mangoes, cut them into cubes, add the lime juice.
→  Keep in the fridge.
→  Chop some mint leaves before serving.

– Banana and Kiwifruit Mousse  

Mousse can be made with many fruits. we love this light and airy texture!

For 2
Preparation: 10 mn

2 bananas
2 Oscar Kiwifruits
12 cl liquid cream (1/2 cup)
2 egg whites
1 tbsp agave syrup

→  Peel and slice the bananas, add them to a blender with the liquid cream and agave syrup.
→  Beat the egg whites until stiff, gently fold them into the banana mixture.
→  Pour the mousse mixture in 2 individual serving bowls or shot glasses.
→  Peel the kiwifruits and layer on top.
→  Refrigerate before serving.
