– Kiwi fruits and Smoked Salmon Bagels

This savory bagel recipe is perfect for a quick lunch at work or at home!

Preparation: 10 mn

Ingredients
2 Oscar® kiwi fruits
2 seeded or plain bagels
200 g smoked salmon slices
80 g cream cheese
Salad leaves

– Peel and cut the kiwi fruits in 8 slices.
– Split bagels in half horizontally and lightly toast them.
– Spread the cream cheese onto the bottom half of the toasted bagels.
– Arrange the salad, kiwi fruits slices and the salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese.

Preparation: 5 mn

Ingredients
2 ripe Oscar® kiwi fruits
70g fresh kale leaves, washed and chopped (1 cup)
1 ripe banana
1 orange

Peel and cut kiwis and banana.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s smooth, about 1 minute. Add more water if necessary, to reach desire consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
