Trout ceviche, kiwi fruits and citrus
A simple and delicious ceviche recipe with fish, Oscar kiwis and citrus. So easy to make and full of flavor!

2 Oscar kiwis
4 kumquats
1 avocado
2 cups salad leaves
2 trout filets
Lemon juice
1 Orange zest
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh dill
Salt and pepper
– Cut fish in cubes, keep in the refrigerator.
– Cut the kumquats in half, peel the avocado and kiwis, cut in cubes.
– In 2 plates, place the trout, salad leaves, kiwi fruits, kumquats and avocado. Stir very gently.
– Before serving, season with the lemon juice, olive oil, orange zest and dill. Taste and adjust for seasoning with salt, pepper and additional citrus or herbs if needed.
– Serve immediately.
Kiwi Fruit and pomegranate toasts
For breakfast or snack, these toasts are exactly what you need to boost your energy!

For 2 toasts
2 slices of bread
2 Oscar kiwis
½ pomegranate
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
– Slightly toast the bread and spread the peanut or almond butter on each slice.
– Garnish with the peeled kiwis and pomegranate seeds.
– Enjoy immediately.
