No-bake Oscar Kiwi Fruit Tart
Insanely delicious and easy this simple no-bake kiwi tart is made with a dates, almonds and nuts crust, and cream cheese filling, then topped with fresh Oscar kiwi fruits.
5 Oscar kiwi fruits
120 g pitted dates
120 g almonds, nuts and/or hazelnuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
120 g fromage frais or cream cheese
→ Gradually combine the dates, nuts, almonds and coconut oil in a food processor to obtain a homogeneous dough.
→ Shape the dough into a tart base using a spoon or by hand.
→ Spread the fromage frais.
→ Peel and cut the kiwi fruits and decorate before serving.
