Kiwi: 3 fresh summer recipes!

Here is a subtle mix of flavors and aromas perfect to serve as an appetizer or a starter.

For 4 people


4 Oscar® kiwis

2 avocados

1 apple

1 small fresh onion

2 tablespoons of olive oil

The juice of a lemon

1 small bunch of parsley

Salt and pepper

– Peel avocados and dice into small chunks. Place in a salad bowl, drizzle with lemon juice.

– Peel kiwis and apple, dice into small neat cubes. Mince the onion.

– To prepare the tartare, mix all the ingredients.

– Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

– To serve, place a baking ring in the middle of each plate, divide the tartare into the 4 rings. Pat down gently to compress and remove the rings carefully.

– Chop parsley finely.

– Serve immediately.


This finger sandwiches recipe is a quick and delicious addition to any light lunch or appetizer.

For 4 people 


3 Oscar® kiwis

12 small slices of baguette (or any kind of bread)

4 slices of smoked salmon

Cream cheese

– Peel kiwis, cut into slices.Cut each slice of salmon into 3.

– Spread all slices of bread with cream cheese.

– Top each one with a piece of salmon and 2 slices of kiwi fruit.

– Keep in the fridge before serving.

3 Oscar® kiwis

1 Granny Smith apple

1 large avocado

1 can of crab meat

1 small lettuce

The juice of 1/2 lemon2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Salt and pepper

– Peel kiwi fruits, apple and avocado and dice them.

– Place into a bowl.

– Drain the crab box.

– In a salad bowl, add the previously washed salad leaves, fruits, avocado and crabmeat.

– Toss gently.

– Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

– Season the salad. Serve immediately.
