For a light dessert or a balanced breakfast, when do you feel like enjoying this delicious recipe?
For 4 people
– 8 Oscar kiwifruits
– 400 g of cottage cheese (or vegetable yoghurt)
– 100 g of homemade granola
– 2 TS of brown sugar
Peel the kiwi fruits and cut them into cubes.
Mix the cottage cheese – or the vegetable yoghurt – with the brown sugar.
In verrines, arrange a layer of kiwifruit, then one of cottage cheese, one more layer of kiwifruit and then sprinkle with granola.
Leave in the fridge before serving.
Who said that the soup was inevitably hot? Very easy and quick to make, that’s enough to treat you while you’re full of vitamins.
For 4 people
– 6 Oscar kiwifruits
– 1 ripe pear
– The juice of 1 lemon
– 2 TS of sugar
– 1 ts of vanilla extract
Peel the kiwifruits and the pear, mix the fruits in a blender with the lemon juice, the sugar and the vanilla extract.
Pour in a container and store in the fridge for 3 hours.
Before serving, add some slices of fresh kiwi.
Enjoy the sweet salty mixture in a salad, a nice change you might appreciate more than you think!
For 4 people
– 2 Oscar kiwifruits
– 2 avocados
– 2 handful Spinach leaves
– 100 g walnuts
– The juice of half a lemon
– Olive oil
– 1 ts of mustard (optional)
– Fresh parsley
Wash the spinach leaves and set aside.
Peel the kiwifruits and the avocados, cut them into slices. In a salad bowl, place the spinach leaves, the kiwifruits and the avocados.
Add salt and pepper, chop the parsley.
For the dressing:
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, the mustard and half of the lemon juice.
