Kiwi: refreshing ideas for the Summer!

Kiwi is the best fruit to keep you cool in the Summer heat. Quench your thirst with these easy and refreshing recipes!

Take a break to refresh with these 2 tasty recipes! They’re also perfect to stay hydrated in hot weather.

Originally from Sicily, this recipe is a semi-frozen dessert made from water, kiwi fruits and sugar. It’s a little bit like sorbet, except the texture is rougher. The initial recipe was actually made from lemons. It is really easy to make, you can enjoy it for dessert or a snack to cool off.

For 4 persons


5  Oscar® kiwi fruits

1 lime (juiced)

10 fresh mint leaves

40 g sugar

– Peel the kiwi fruits and blend until smooth.

– Pour the lime juice in the blender, add the sugar and mint leaves. Blend.

– Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze for 3 or 4 hours.

– Mix with a fork every 30 minutes until it reaches a gravely consistency.

– Serve immediately.


Infused water is a great alternative to naturally flavor tap water without adding unhealthy and unneeded calories. Every morning, fill a whole pitcher and drink it all day long, while at the beach or at work. The great thing is that you can mix flavors (aromatic herbs or other fruits) with kiwi fruits.

1 Oscar® kiwi fruit

4 strawberries

10 fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

– Peel and slice the kiwi fruit.

– Hull and slice the strawberries in half.

– Wash the mint leaves.

– Fill a pitcher with water.

– Place the kiwifruit, the strawberries and mint into, add ice cubes if needed.

– Discard after 24 hours.
