Maximize your workout with kiwifruit

Oscar® kiwi and banana smoothie

At breakfast or after an intense physical activity, this delicious smoothie will give you a boost of energy!

For 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes

2 Oscar® kiwis (green or gold)
1 small banana
20 cl of milk (vegetable or not)

Peel and cut the fruit into pieces and place them in a blender.
Add the milk and blend until you obtain the desired texture.
Eat immediately.

Preparation: 10 minutes (rest: 2 hours)

2 Oscar® kiwis
30 g chia seeds
25cl coconut (or almond) milk
1 tbsp agave syrup

Soak the chia seeds in the milk with the agave syrup. Mix and set aside for about 2 hours.
Divide the mixture between 2 glasses.
Before serving, peel and cut the kiwis into pieces and add them on top.
