Preheat the oven in grill position.
Cut the fish into cubes.
Soak the skewers in water so they won’t burn.
Thread the fish onto the skewers and put them in a dish.
Add salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes, the fish should be tender.
Mix the kiwi fruits, the lemon juice, the olive oil and the sugar in a blender.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Arrange the skewers on a plate and put the sauce in a separate bowl.
Peel and cut the remaining kiwi to decorate the plate.
