Cut the kumquats in half, peel the avocado and kiwis, cut in cubes.
In 2 plates, place the trout, salad leaves, kiwi fruits, kumquats and avocado. Stir very gently.
Before serving, season with the lemon juice, olive oil, orange zest and dill. Taste and adjust for seasoning with salt, pepper and additional citrus or herbs if needed.
