Healthy snacks to have fun with Oscar® Kiwi
Ah, the belly that gurgles while the meal time has not yet come! It’s not always easy to resist the call of the chocolate bar distributor who extends his arms to the cafeteria … However, it is better to choose a healthier option to give yourself a little boost and stay the course throughout the day. .
These three kiwi-based recipes are both fast and easy to make, so do not wait to get started and enjoy the benefits of kiwis! Here’s something to fill your little holes without feeling guilty …
A sandwich ready in less than 5 minutes and that will give you the energy you need to continue your day!
For 1 person
– 1 kiwi Oscar®
– 1 large slice of wholemeal bread
– 20 g of fresh cheese (or almond puree, etc.)
– 1 cc of seed mixture (sunflower, sesame, etc.)
– 1 cc of honey (optional)
Spread the cheese on the slice of wholemeal bread.
Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and put them on the slice of bread.
Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with honey over.
Enjoy without further delay!
Nothing better than seasonal fruits to fill up with vitamins and flavors! A delight …
For 2 people
– 2 Oscar® matured ripe kiwis
– 2 ripe persimmons
– 10 cl of water
– 1 packet of vanilla sugar (optional)
– 5 ice cubes
Peel the kiwis and persimmons, cut into small pieces.
In a blender, pour fruits, ice cubes, water and vanilla sugar.
Mix until you get a liquid consistency. Add a little water according to the desired texture.
Enjoy immediately …

For 2 people
– 5 ripe Oscar® kiwis
– 2 apples
– 15 g fresh ginger
– 1 organic lime
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 CS of honey (optional)
Peel the kiwis and apples, cut them and put them in a saucepan with 20 cl of water.
Add the vanilla sugar, then the ginger previously peeled and grated.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let cool before mixing the fruit according to the desired consistency for your compote.
Add the grated lemon rind.
Serve well fresh.
