– Balance out your meals: choose seasonal fruits and vegetables, such as kiwi fruit. They are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients.
– Avoid processed foods that contain high amounts of poor-quality fat, added sugar and salt, low amount of dietary fibers, etc.
– Stay hydrated: water, herbal teas such as artichoke, rosemary and black radish, they are all good for your liver! Hydration makes it easier for your blood to pass through the liver and thus, be filtered. The less hydrated you are, the less efficient your liver is at filtering out toxins like alcohol or chemicals…
