Fresh fruit or juice, what are the differences?

Eating fresh fruit or drinking juice is not the same thing from a nutritional point of view. Oscar Kiwi tells you more.

Fresh fruit naturally contains dietary fibre, which has many benefits, particularly for digestion, intestinal transit, the feeling of satiety, etc. As for fruit juices, they contain little or no dietary fibre and are therefore of little nutritional value. You should really avoid consuming industrial juices. They contain no fibre and often contain artificially added vitamins and sugars…

If you are a fan of juices or smoothies, it is better to prepare them at home. You can also combine them with other fresh fruits and vegetables. The only requirement is that you have to drink them immediately to avoid the loss of so-called photosensitive vitamins that degrade rapidly in the light.

Sometimes there’s nothing better than keeping it simple and opting for one fresh fruit to fill up on vitamins and nutrients! It’s the peak season for Oscar kiwis, so make the most of it. :)
