Oscar® Kiwi and Citrus Salad
Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 Oscar® kiwis (2 green and 2 gold)
1 orange
1 grapefruit
A few mint leaves
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Preparation:
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Peel and chop the orange and grapefruit.
Mix all the fruit in a bowl.
Add a little honey and mint to taste. Serve chilled.
