In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil and sugar. Add the eggs and whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Using a spatula, add and mix in the grated carrots and the equivalent of 2 diced kiwis, then fold in the flour mixture.
Spread the dough in a greased and floured 20cm diameter springform pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack before removing from the mould and allowing to cool completely.
