Marinate the prawns with the dash of sesame oil, garlic and smoked paprika for 10 minutes.

Peel and dice the kiwis, onion and ½ mango. Place them in a bowl. Add the juice of the lime, a dash of sesame oil, the sesame seeds, the chopped coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
