Ingredients
- 2 Oscar® Gold Kiwifruit
- 2 avocados
- 2 thick slices of bread
- 50g cream cheese
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of chilli powder
- Paprika

Make the avocado puree: peel and chop the avocados. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then add a pinch of chilli, a touch of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

Peel, slice and halve the Oscar® Gold Kiwifruit.

Spread the avocado puree on the bread slices. Arrange the kiwi slices on top. Sprinkle with crumbled cream cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
