Ingredients
- 1 Oscar® Gold Kiwi
- 1 Oscar® Green Kiwi
- 1 avocado
- 100g green salad
- ½ lemon
- ½ pomegranate
- A dozen walnuts
- Dressing:
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing a pinch of salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Set aside.

Peel the Oscar® kiwis, cut them into slices, then halve each slice.

Peel and slice the avocado, drizzle with lemon juice.

Seed the pomegranate.

Arrange the green salad on the plates. Add the avocado slices, then the kiwi slices. Sprinkle with the pomegranate arils and walnuts.
